I saw this sofa after looking for ages online. I had to have it. It's perfect for my goth front room. It's very sturdy and so comfortable. And, unlike my old one, is a good height so I'm now finding it easier getting up from it. Communication was brilliant and so was delivery. Thank you!

Lovely sofa.... Comfortable and sturdy and delivered in excellent time in spite of an accident causing a delay and that because of us living on one of the Scottish Islands we needed to have delivery made to a courier in Glasgow for the last part of its journey - that's something we knew we'd have to set up prior to putting the order in and is common for large items here.

Communication from the get-go was excellent and I found Sofa Bay to be really willing to work with us regarding the delivery..... cannot fault anything from beginning to end.

Whole process was smooth. I had to rearrange my delivery day coz of work, was done with no messing. The quality of the sofa is fab. Bit hard at first, obviously, but that's good. Shows they're a good firm cushion, so feel like they will last. Made up for the price too. Thanks x
